Continuity

Rebecca tells Brian that the terrorist backpack hand-off will be at 4pm, but in the next scene Brian (in narration) says that the meet is at 6pm.
Brian asks the tech in the surveillance van if the FBI pays for the cranberry juices piled on the desk, taking one in the process; however, when he drinks the juice, the liquid is the color of apple juice, not cranberry.

Factual errors

When Brian looks at the cell phone numbers, he states that 928 is the area code for Yuma. While this is technically true, the zip code actually covers an extensive area of western, northern, and eastern Arizona, so there is no way that Brian could conclusively know the number is from Yuma just by the 928 area code.

Character error

Brian's recorded message to himself states that he will be put in "super-max prison" for treason. High crimes such as murder or treason will result in incarceration in maximum security. Prisoners are put into super-max based on their activities or potential for widespread violence inside the prison. Being on NZT and working for the FBI, Brian should know this.
