Nuclear submarine captain Steven Jones assign brilliant nuclear engineer ensign Nathan Hall to supervise Walter, Happy and Cabe -no room for more- secrecy-wise and explain how to check up on a suspicious devise, suspected to be an enemy tap on a super-confidential communication cable.
