- The team is called in to help a nuclear submarine on an exploratory mission to investigate possible spying.
- The Navy enlists three members of Scorpion on a classified mission in a top-secret submarine 300-feet below the surface. When the crew discover Walter, Happy, and Cabe using comms to communicate with the rest of their team back in the garage, they confiscate and destroy them. But an explosion sends the sub, and everyone on board, to the bottom of the ocean floor with limited oxygen and without any way to get help or notify anyone where they are.—Lisa B. Shaffer
- Uneasy working with Scorpion, the new Homeland director delegated that liaison to assistant Katherine Cooper, who has no time to get acquainted properly as they must urgently deal with a top-secret USNavy mission. Nuclear submarine captain Steven Jones assign brilliant nuclear engineer ensign Nathan Hall to supervise Walter, Happy and Cabe -no room for more- secrecy-wise and explain how to check up on a suspicious devise, suspected to be an enemy tap on a super-confidential communication cable. Just when Walter cries alarm, its explodes and cripples the submarine, which tilts badly on the sea bed. The team is cut off from the main crew, necessary means are split up without passage. It's insolvable without help from Toby and Sly, who luckily calculated their position 'illicitly', and whip up emergency gear from Happy's pa while Cabe volunteers for a very dangerous reverse diver job.—KGF Vissers
