Agent Elmslie returns. He wants their help. It seems like he's in the dog house with his superiors over what happened--him allowing people to make him do things when they abducted his family. He is practically on the way out unless he does something to redeem himself. He's trying to build a case against a Peruvian General who 20 years ago ran a death squad and is running for President. Elmslie thinks that a witness to one of his massacres, a girl who was taken out of Peru and brought to the US and given a new name. He narrowed it down to a couple of girls and recently someone tried to grab one of the girls but a security guard saved her. The one who tried to grab her works for the General. That girl was ruled out as the witness and most of the others were also ruled out. So it comes down to the last girl, a model living in L.A. so they sent Kensi and Deeks under the guise of being her driver and agent to bring to meet with Elmslie. She claims not to be the one he is looking for and wants to leave but Elmslie presses her and so she leaves. They keep Kensi and Deeks with her till they're sure the General doesn't come after her. Sam and Callen go to her house and find a cleaning woman there, she attacks them and they knock her out and see she brought gasoline with her to burn her house. And a young man approaches the girl and Kensi and Deeks grab him, she says he's her boyfriend. But they don't think so they check him out and learn that his connection to the girl is something else.
