While Foggy is speaking on the phone at the police station, the calendar reads September 2015 in one shot, and December 2015 in another.

When Matt enters the Nelson and Murdock office at around 54 mins, he has a paper bag in his hand and his folded up cane under his arm. But when the camera angle changes to show him closing the door behind him, his cane is in his hand and the bag under his arm.

Castle is apparently able to shoot his rifle twice in rapid succession without chambering a round. But a second later he has to operate a lever and chamber a round manually to shoot a third time.
