- Dorothy and Lucas encounter a mysterious young girl who has lost her way; Tip is caught between two powerful forces; the wizard exacts his authority over a village's citizens; a unique woman leads Jack down a new path.
- Despite Lucas's pragmatic objections, Dorothy insists to interrupt their already dangerous journey to Oz in order to return home a seemingly lost, mute girl who clings to him, only to find her home a horror in a wretched village terrorized by wizard's guards, whom Lucas barely manages to avoid discovering them. Tip believes Jack dead and resolves to her fate as girl: being recruited by witch Glinda's nunnery-like orphanage or, as her playful bath-mate suggests more fitting her rebellious attitude, the brothel-like counterpart. However jack's fall wasn't fatal, he's picked up by the scientist of the royal armory lab, who 'fixes' him mechanically with armor into a tin man. The wizard is convinced by Anna's prediction of snow and promotes her his actual counselor, on a mission to deal with the beast, even admits to her he has no actual control over giants as everyone assumes, despite a cardinal witch revealing she's a bastard of a scorned counsel witch, but not his blood.—KGF Vissers
- Episode 4 - Recap - Spoilers
Jack (Gerran Howell) survived the fall and is treated by Jane (Gina McKee) and made into Tin man with no heart. He later meets Princess Langwidere (Princess of Ev) who takes "ownership" of him.
Tip (Jordan Loughran) is about to jump from the bridge to her death out of guilt for killing Jack, she didn't know he survived, but a Captain of the Guard stops her and Tip joins his guard but is instead brought to an orphanage run by the Witch of the North, Glinda (Joely Richardson) who provides women for the Wizard's counsel. The Witch of West (Ana Ularu) shows up and she also wants Tip to join her and Glinda and her argue over her. They offer her life as courtesan or life on Wizard Counsel, or as Tip puts it the life of a Whore or Nun. West later uses a spell to look like someone else and tries to lure Tip her way. Tip tells her later she was not fooled, West offers to help her forget but Tip says she instead wants to learn magic.
Dorothy meets a young girl, Sylvie (Rebeka Rea ), with shells in ear who can hear everything acutely. A woman finds them and says Sylvie belongs back at home with her. Dorothy wants to go see their home but something is not allowed to enter it and Wizard's guards are also nearby and they distract Dorothy. When Dorothy does enters the house later Sylvie is in some type of trance holding her parents(?) who are turned to stone. Dorothy pulls her from them and then shatters them.
Eamonn (Mido Hamada) finds Dorothy with Sylvie. Eamonn is about to kill Dorothy when he recognizes the sword and he demands she tells him where him where Nolan is. Nolan arrives, and Dorothy breaks out her gun and fires a shot into the air but brave Eamonn is unfazed and tells her she better use it on him because he will not be stopped. She does! He goes down and runs off with Nolan and Sylvie.
Later in the drab snow filled forest Dorothy plays music from her cell phone (must be a very special battery) and they kiss! Eamonn is pursing them and encounters Nolan and Sylvie. Dorothy is running away, after Nolan told her to go, and as she is running Ojo (Ólafur Darri Ólafsson) takes her down with a boomerang.
The Wizard (Vincent D'Onofrio) and Anna (Isabel Lucas) have a discussion where she gives him wise counsel and explains he needs to make an enemy a friend to his cause.
The Wizard and Anna are in Nimbo village after he ordered it be burned down but much is still intact. The Wizard's guards find an enchanted tunnel with some type of shimmering surface at the opening. Anna goes to the entrance to tunnel and as she touches it there is an explosion and she is knocked out and the tunnel disappears.
More hints about the Beast given. In Nimbo it is explained the Beast comes to cleanse and purify when it must. Oz's counsel Anna tells him the beast will come from the sky and it has a brain and a heart and has relentless strength but because it has a heart can be killed. Eamonn also tells Dorothy she is the girl that dropped from the sky as well when he finds her.
