Previously, in All About Allison (2015), Quinn is in the truck and blood is running down the right side of his neck. Throughout this episode, the blood is coming down the left side of his neck.
Astrid asks someone to call the BVG - the public transportation agency of Berlin - to delay the S-Bahn Allison is in. The S-Bahn isn't run by the BVG but by a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn.
At the Hauptbahnhof Allison first enters a platform 16, leaves the train and crosses over to platform 15. The BND-officers report entering at 15 and crossing over to 16 to a train bound for Potsdam. While these trains really depart at platform 16 you can see her entering at 15 (at 16 there wouldn't be any platforms visible on the other side of the train.
When the team is monitoring Allison as she drives to the safe house, Hans directs the drone to rise to a height of "2000 feet". Germany is fully metricated so Hans would never use imperial units. He would have said 600m (or thereabouts).
Allison is seen at the station and enters different trains. First, she enters a train and immediately after leaves the train. Then she crosses the platform to another train. When she enters this train, you can see a camera on the left side of the screen.
At the end of S5 E8 Quinn is in the truck and blood is running down the right side of his neck. Throughout S5 E9, the blood is coming down the left side of his neck.
When Allison leaves the train at Nikolassee station, a crowded platform of a different, elevated railway station with modern escalators leading down is shown, then the scene continues at a rural station at ground level with a staircase leading to an overpass.
