Probably the best episode of the whole show

Warning: Spoilers
BEWARE SPOILERS Yes, with this episode I realize how great was this show, the crime series which the end reminds me the BREAKING BAD one very much. The very ending, last image, when I saw it, I thought of a parallel between Jean Hughes Anglade and Bryan Cranston. That said, yes, Caplan character is outstanding, so poignant as a lost cop with nothing more to lose. One scene in a previous episode announced the ending, when Caplan deleted his friends' pictures on his cell phone. Many folks would say that it is a cliché, the lost cop, the heat in perdition, the sinking policeman. One little detail disturbs me however. The fact that the big gangster accepts to go on the robbery, the security complex heist, whilst being aware that the cop intended to set him up with this heist. I know the gangster needed the big money very much - twenty millions euros -, it was a matter of life and death for him, because of his debt to the Mafia, but I still can't believe that a gangster would pull a heist proposed by a cop to nail him. With his colleagues outside waiting.. If you followed the series, especially this season very closely, this ending is not so a surprise, but I love it.

I will finish by pointing out that those borderline cops were not rotten ones, nor killers, only cops, cops in distress. And that's maybe a cliché but a reality.
