I tend to like to drink beer and watch hour long shows and then review them here. I usually don't do Homicide hunter though i have but i usually never get around to it or i feel bad cause if i was a family member , i'd be looking at the page here and there but this one blew my mind. First of all, the victim lying dead looked like my beloved grandpa who deceased a few years ago at 97 and was a WW II vet. this guy was a vet from that war as well but he drank and hanged out with people he let live with him. So when i saw they were looking for how he was so bloody and noticed eye lids lookng funny, i was like "oh no" and i was right. But both eyes missing? and then the part that blew my mind was an eyeball was in his mouth (was it two or one, i got the impression it was one and if so , where was the other one or did i miss that?). So long story short, it turned out it was the woman and he was hitting on her and she was disgusted with it and then just put her fingers in his eyes and plucked them out. But when Kenda found her the next morning she was so drunk he had to do his thing where he goes a day doing a murder investigation when he could have just went home, did some chores nad then waited til she was ready to interogate. Ugh, blew my mind, how gross , when i saw this on my DVR and saw it was his more gruesome cases, i thought i had a repeat episode of that one with the tatoooed guy and bloody toilet full of parts. SO then i'm like, thats the longest hour of my life seeing all that and i realize it was a two part episode. then they had that suicide that didn't be a suicide and that was disturbing too. And she was found guilty of killing her boyfriend but got 4 months in jail. that was crazy.
So stuff i notice on this show, i guess some people get good lawyers and get away with stuff. I've seen episodes where a kid accidentally shoots a gun in a robbery, shoots a rich guy and gets life. also i noticed , as per the first story that took place in 1986, Kenda must have been real busy 1986-87/ how many cases seem to be from then? the other story was 92 but that was around when he retired. they should give his actor grey hair and a "im so ready to retire" attitude.
