The panel van that picks up Keen and Reddington at the end has no side windows in the back. However in the last scene where Keen puts her head on Reddington's shoulder there's a window on the left side.
At the bottom of agent Keen's "Most Wanted" poster, it has her identifying information listed, with the first line stating "Age: 31." The posters on either side don't have "Age" listed, instead they have "Date of Birth."
Agent cooper calls himself agent cooper in this episode at about 28:22 on the phone call with Liz so evidently this is what they want.
Yet again, Cooper is being called "Agent Cooper" by a superior who should know better. He is an assistant director.
