Almost back together Stella and Michael are asked by Alan and Celia to be best man and maid of honour at their wedding, with Dai Davies giving the groom away. Due to a mix-up for the stag and hen parties the stags arrive at a spa whilst the hens end up paint-balling but the bride and groom love it and they decide that the wedding will go ahead even though financial difficulties mean the café must close. Luke too has increasing money problems due to his gambling addiction and with Zoe stopping him from seeing Hazel and Iwan demanding payment in full in two days he phones Rob for help. Michael over-reacts when he learns that Katie is dating 21-year old Jonny but Stella smoothes over the situation and brings about reconciliation - too bad that Michael's job interview is for a post in London.
