30 for 30 Shorts: The Billion Dollar Game (2015)
One of the best in the series takes a look at the 1989 March Madness game between #1 seed Georgetown and #16 Princeton. In case you don't know the sport, a #16 has never beaten a #1 seed but it came awfully close this year, which led CBS to reconsider how they put the tournament games on television and led to a one-billion dollar contract. It was also an important game for the smaller schools because there was a concern that the majors were going to try and force them out of the tournament. If you're a fan of college basketball then this here is a must-see. Not only was the game itself something of a miracle but it led to something that today most people can't remember what it was like without. March Madness is the greatest month for sports and seeing at how differently it could have been had Princeton not showed up and played the way they did led to some great entertainment.
