Brax's storyline has some good moments and some pretty terrible moments: The constant whining about it not being fair, the unnecessary and slightly sleazy bed scene, and the show continuing to dodge the moral awkwardness of having Andy in scenes are all huge strikes. There are good moments too:Brax's determination to finish the cot, Ash's willingness for self-sacrifice and the final chat between Brax and Kyle. But ultimately it turns out to be 20 minutes of misdirection. And Cheryl's involvement is contrived.
All of which means that the potentially more interesting storyline about Sasha and Matt gets pushed to one side and pretty much dropped completely from the last 10 minutes.Which is a shame because Matt's assessment of their situation and the scenes with Irene and Nate are actually quite interesting.
