When Chief Wuntch tells Captain Holt "Hello, Raymond. How do you like my new office? Twentieth floor," there are treetops visible outside the window. Those would be very tall trees for them to be visible at a 120 ft+ window.
When Holt and Jake are discussing using a chopper, the first part of Jake's statement, "Yeah, but what she actually said was, 'the chopper's yours, Peralta,'" the words and mouth movements do not match at all. Clearly different takes were spliced together, and the audio from one did not sync with the visual from the other.
When Peralta knocks on the suspect's door with the bottom of his hand, the sound heard is that of something hard striking wood, not a human hand.
Wuntch's commendation bars lack the black "WTC" commendation, given to all NYPD officers who served on or in the wake of the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. Holt, Terry, and most high-ranking officers seen throughout the series have it. Wuntch has served in the NYPD at least as long as Holt, so she should have received the WTC bar.
Captain Holt wears his Commendation breast bar above his World Trade Center Breast Bar. When the WTC bar is worn, it is worn above all other medals but below the American Flag bar.
While mocking radio communication using their funny call signs, Boyle acknowledges by "This is me, answering to you." The proper protocol in any radio communication dictates that the order be reversed, i.e. "you, this is me responding."
