Early in the movie as the SEALS are gearing up before their mission begins, they are to keep a small imprint they are are told means no grenades and through the movie no grenades with the exception of smoke canisters are seen on them until an alley scene where the group becomes split-up and one of the SEALS throws a frag grenade at absolutely no one.
The SEAL team approaches the state capitol at 0100 hours or 1:00 AM and enter the building still under the cover of dark. However, by the time they leave the building it's well after sunrise. Pete is told their exfil is six minutes out when they recover their target. The earliest sunrise of the year is 6:13AM. Even if we are to assume the team walked around aimlessly for 2-3 hours before finding their target (unlikely) this means the SEAL team's "6 minute" extract took approx 2 1/2 to 3 hours to actually happen.
Between 49 min and 50 min mark a gray truck is seen driving by the end of the alley. Seems to be from outside of the movie.
As the SEALS are making their way down the corridor to find their target at approx 25:07, their laser sights change from on to off between various cuts.
The guns used for the 21-gun salute toward the end of the movie were AK-47's (not exactly U.S. government issue). Also, the hats were wrong (you can't see the soldiers) so I suspect either Russian or Chinese.
The Helicopter Navy Seals use to fly into city is not a Heli used for extraction mission. Navy Seals always use Black Hawk or Chinook and given the high value target extraction it would have been certain fail on Seals part because the helicopter is too small.
Early in the movie during the news report watched in the SEAL briefing, a banner announces - viewer discression is advised. The word is discretion.
(around 1 hour) AJ, Amanda, and Dave make their way through the city, you can see non-infected people standing outside on the sidewalk in the background, while customers walk normally into a corner shop. At that moment, AJ orders them to halt and crouch down.
As the Seals are moving into the alley on their way to the CIA lab, they had just turned and a dark pickup was seen driving past them in the background, if the city was truly under siege by zombies no one would be out driving around.
When AJ first goes to his home he tries to use his keys to unlock the door, however the key clearly doesn't fit yet the mere push of the key against the lock is enough to open it.
When the seal team choppers in to Baton Rouge the title card tells the audience the time is 0100 hours or 1:00AM. However, despite attempting a day for night look, the sun is clearly visible in several shots.
At Apprx 1:24:41 during Amanda Banning's interview, a random door is clearly heard opening and closing in the middle of her dialogue.
At 1:09:37, as the extraction team enters the final room prior to the CIA laboratory, a crew member is clearly visible in shot, hunching down in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
Movie is also called Battle for New Orleans...but the movie takes place entirely within the confines of Baton Rouge.
When the SEALS are bringing their target out of the Louisiana State Capitol building, it is supposed to be sunrise. However, basic understanding of the buildings geography shows that the sun is setting in the west.
Navy Seals Commander doesn't have the authority to put all military personnel on Red Alert. That order could only come from Commander in Chief .
(around 42:02) a character eye's are twitching even tho he's suppose to be dead and chest rises.
