I don't know if these people who tell their story to the interviewer are actors or real life person, but the acting is pretty good. (They should coach the Lifetime inept actors.) The guy in the first story was pretty convincing. I missed the beginning but somehow he's assigned to a studio by his work and there's this old hag abusing him while he sleeps, to the point that he wakes up with what has been medically termed "sleep paralysis". It makes you wonder if there's something to the stories and if that actually isn't a medical condition at all, but really a paranormal abherration. I used to think it was all crazy people. Now, I don't know anymore. Maybe those people are on to something.
All I can say is watching the Travel Channel makes you wonder how lucky you were that you scored a home without any of these ghosts, who are everywhere 24/7 on that channel! The baby thief was less interesting to me. I'd say watch it if you can find it for the "Paralyzed" segment. It's rather spooky. (OK, now you'll expect more and won't find it scary.) But really, this series, unlike so many on this channel, is well worth watching. If anything, it'll make you feel either normal, or grateful this stuff ain't happening to you. I'm giving this one a 10/10 cos a 9/10 would lower its current rating, and I didn't want to do that.
