Five Infinity Stones were never that Weak

A weapon that could beat Galactus and the Celestials in one move, plus All of marvel put together, beaten so easily.

This was a JOKE of an episode. Such a great series ending the season with such crap.

They should have at the least shown that the Living Tribunal had to come in to set things right.

Very disappointed as any who know how powerful the infinity gauntlet would be.

The setup should have been enough for a Multi-episode build up.

Rushing through it just to get a conclusion is really cheap.

Hope you do better in the future.

I Guess The Show Runners Think Children Are Idiots

Others have mentioned what this episode did to the infinity stones.

I want to mention that Thanos, once he had the infinity stones' powuh, went full pseudo euro accent. Bad actors, including cosplayers, seem to think really powerful evil people must speak with a pseudo European accent.

When Black Widow wielded four stones, the actress who plays her almost went Euro a few times. But Thanos' actor goes full Euro.

"Ahhvengaaaaaaaahs, see what I do with the Powuhhh of the infinity steones!" It's bad acting for a bad episode.

I don't remember if Thanos spoke that way in earlier episodes. But if he did, it fits. Bad acting 101: powerful villain = pseudo euro accent.

*****MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS***** It is understandable that the show is largely tailored towards a new and younger generation of fan (who may not know the background of these fictional characters & stories), but some modicum of scale and consistency would have greatly benefited the introduction of the Infinity Gems and Thanos of Titan's role with them. These same entities are found within the MCU and make up one of the most amazing story sagas that MARVEL has ever produced (THANOS QUEST & THE INFINITY GAUNTLET SAGA).

Avengers Assemble "Thanos Triumphant" is (without drawing out this tirade) a travesty to the classic graphic novel stories. The character of Thanos (in Thanos Triumphant) is cliché & superficial - to the point of being an imbecilic bully. The concept of Death may be the problem (Disney most likely has a problem portraying a character that worships Death, talks to corpses, and is only interested in the annihilation of life), but Thanos is one of the biggest, most unique villains Marvel has - you cannot dilute his traits.

The cosmic level GENIUS and unique INSANITY of the character IS the character.

One can only hope they don't make the same mistake in the upcoming "Avengers: Infinity War 1 & 2" movies.
