When Harvey visits Mike and Rachel, it seems that he enters their apartment through a pair of double doors and marches past them when he leaves, but the entrance door is actually to the left of the double doors.
The episode alternates between present-time events (assumed to be 2014 or 2015) and events of twelve years prior (which would be 2002 or 2003). In one of the flashback scenes, as Harvey walks through the DA's offices to his own office, he passes several desks (ending at his own) upon which are widescreen LCD computer monitors. Those monitors also show a computer user interface consistent with that of Windows Vista or Windows 7 -- but widescreen LCD computer monitors didn't begin appearing until 2008. Windows Vista didn't become available until 2007, Windows 7 until 2009.
The meeting that Harvey has with his brother Marcus, in flashback, takes place in The Gabardine restaurant on Bay Street in Toronto. The name is clearly visible on the window behind Marcus' back during the meeting.
