It's not really the first time Eddy had a Human Body, since he previously had taken over Tasha's Body.
^^^ This is the first time that Eddy has had a human body that is his own and that's what they meant by that. Ironically, they used the same guy that did his computer voice. Tasha's body was not HIS body.

Eddy when telling the Lab Rats that Donald will never find out that he's still his old self, he refers to him as "Mr. Davenport", which only Adam, Bree and Chase call him. Generally Eddy would refer to Donald as "Donnie".
^^^ There is nothing wrong with calling someone a different name when speaking to others than when you are speaking to that person. You may say 'dad, mom' to your parents' face but are you gonna say to others 'Dad will never find out'? No, not unless you are talking to siblings.

Donald says Perry asked for the security job. Although she indeed asked, she then forced Donald to accept her after he said no. Donald only made her his security chief as he couldn't get rid of her, but everyone behaves in this story as if he CAN get rid of her if she doesn't do her job well enough.
Donald refers to the bionic kids as his children. Technically, Adam, Bree and Chase are not his kids. They're Douglas's. Although Donald represents the only father figure the bionic teens have ever known, Donald (basically a middle-aged child himself) often treats them as little more than live action figures for him to play with. For him to flat out call them "his children" and not get questioned for it overlooks the past.
^^^ He has every right to call them his children as they call him their father. He 'raised' them and has kept them from as much danger as he could. He's only treating them as toys to make them better and help them train.
