In the opening sketch, Red demonstrates how different people make purchases from a magazine stand. Instead of the customary Gertrude and Heathcliffe seagull gags, this time, Red tells of a rooster and a duck. The first Skelton Scrapbook skit is titled "Texas Deadeye" and features the Deadeye learning how to roll a cigarette Texas-style from a cowgirl. The second Skelton Scrapbook sketch is named "Dr. Homer Hemoglobin" with Red portraying the surgeon performing a televised operation. The skit develops into a Tide commercial. For a musical interlude, vocalist Andy Russell presents a medley of his Latin hits. The final Skelton Scrapbook, called "Quiz Show Winner" exhibits Willie Lump Lump, who has won numerous prizes on quiz programs, unable to navigate around his house due to a copious amount of his winnings obstructing his way - multiple TVs, toasters, refrigerators, stoves, a washing machine, and a water heater. Mrs. Lump Lump enters wearing three fur coats and the couple has been to Hawaii five times.
