This experience takes you to the heart of the Iranian Revolution and the journey is experienced through the eyes of journalists and activists protesting on the streets. The game features a rich historical backdrop and explains the Iranian political landscape quite well. For example, covert Ops like Operation Ajax in 1953 are throughly explained which was perhaps a catalyst to the 1979 revolution and essential to understanding the revolution. It's filled with journals and audio logs of speeches made by notorious figures in Iran and oozes out historical accuracy, and much needed context.

This experience really helped me shape my understanding of the historical and current political climate in Iran, filled major information gaps, and reveals the true culprits of the destruction of democracy in Iran.

Although it is not a technical masterpiece and plays like a choice based narrative game, the characters are amazing, the history lesson is akin to a documentary, but with much more entertainment value as the narrative is quite gripping.

It's not a long playthrough, may have taken me about 2-4 hours to complete. Due to the choice making gameplay, it is ideal for anyone who doesn't play or have experience playing games, but is interested in history, and a powerful story.

Will you be engage in violent protest or strictly peaceful demonstrations? Such are the choices that can be made and they will shape your narrative.

The rating is strictly based on the history lesson and uniqueness in terms of its plot, and characters. Highly recommended!
