In the opening scenes, Tommen puts on a necklace and a crown. When he finds out the Sept was blown up, he wears the crown only.
During Robett Glover's speech to Jon, Cley Cerwyn is seen sitting throughout, however after Glover places his sword in the floor, the camera shifts, showing Cerwyn also kneeling. It is likely that Cerwyn was originally also supposed to give a speech and kneel like Manderly and Glover, but it was cut during production.
Jon watches Melisandre ride away, then has a brief conversation with Sansa. When Sansa looks out from the wall, there is no sign of Melisandre on the horizon.
When Daenerys sets sails to Westeros, the direction of the Targaryen flag on Grey Worm's ship is inconsistent with the sails.
When Daenerys' fleet sailed for Westeros at the end, the Targaryen's sigil on the ships' sail has a four legged dragons. The official sigil only has two legs.

Varys is in Dorne. However, when Daenerys sets sail for Westeros, Varys is with her. He could not have made it so quickly from Westeros to the Slaver's Bay.
Whilst most of the non-English actors go out of their way to speak southern British English (eg elongating vowels in words such as "larst" rather than "lasst"), Daario uses a modern Americanism when he asks Daenerys to "bring him with her to Westeros." The British phrase is "take."
