When Art the Clown murders the first exterminator by stomping on his face, his skull is shattered and his head is left completely destroyed. When his body is shown in the morgue near the end, however, there is noticeably far less damage.
In the shots where Tara is gagged with tape, the tape is clearly not making any contact with her lower mouth in some earlier shots whereas it is tight around both of her lips in other shots.
Art the Clown gouges Tara's eyes for several seconds before she breaks free. Afterwards, there is no sign of damage around Tara's eyes and she does not indicate any pain in them, which would have definitely occurred after the incident.
When Art attacks the second exterminator, his weapon clearly changes positions on his neck but the cut is one singular wound.
When Tara's sister is going around the building to find her, she would have heard the sound of Art's gun firing multiple times, killing Tara.
In the strangulation scene at around minute 30:30, Art's thumbs clearly have no contact with his victim's windpipe, which they would need for an efficient "front-to-front" attack as depicted.
When Victoria Heyes (Samantha Scaffidi) is on the phone after the interview at the very beginning of the movie you can see her phone is at the lock screen and she is not in fact taking a call.
The sign on the side of the exterminators truck is misspelled as "Serling Bros, Exterminatin Co." (best seen ~ 1:15:35)
