A 30 seconds Stella Artois commercial directed by Wes Anderson. You know, those things are always about the product and what the director can bring to the table, how is he going to sell it, limited to doing that and without showing off so much. It's less about Anderson and more about the drink YET there's subtle aspects of many of the director's other projects: the hotel and the European set (story set in Belgium) seems a nod to "The Grand Budapest Hotel"; the three friends on the truck rushing to save the party have a feel of the main characters from "The Darjeeling Limited"; you may find some others.
Ellegant and convincing, "Give Beautifully" is a sweet piece, and a knockout that puts to shame so-called advertisers who constantly fail to make interesting and smart adverts for any products out there. Won't even discuss how lame, tasteless and repetitive most of drinks adverts can get. 9/10
