When Ryan steps out of the lab door, his is inundated by reporters before a team member tells him that "someone leaked it to the press." He would not have to be told, he would have figured this out. Also, so many people would not have gotten past security at such a facility.
When Security staff shoots at Dr. Ryan Winrich, there is not a slight indication of his run or gait changing or him uttering anything or crying to show he is hurt that should have happened when a speeding bullet strikes his arm, but later, after he locks himself inside the door, he shows pain slowly and checks his shoulder to show blood on him hand.
The character Caitlin has a prominent mole and 3 freckles under her right eye. Around 11 minutes there is a closer up scene on her face and these are all now on the left side of her face. The camera them cuts to Ryan for a few seconds and when it returns to her the facial features are back on the right side of her face.
The time portal is supposed to cause huge problems and collapse if metals or conductive materials pass through it. In a flashback scene to the earlier versions of the time portal they put a glass jar full of marbles with a metal lid through the portal without a problem.
