Mary's neck tattoo changes constantly during the film.
Jess's hair changes from scene to scene: sometimes it is almost entirely blonde, with just a small amount of dark hair at the roots, and in other scenes (most notably when she gets the bus home with Mary) there is over three inches of dark hair at the root.
Although the film is set in Drogheda, all of the characters have distinctive North Dublin accents.
