Goofs

The Deliverance

Edit

Continuity

After the birthday party, Ebony Jackson is wearing Shante's "birthday girl" tiara. Between several cuts, it switches from normal to reversed and back to normal again.
During the "deliverance" scene, when the demon version of Ebony is attacking herself, the blood coming from her ears/on her face disappears for a scene, and then returns for the next.
At Shantes birthday party. Ebony gets drunk and finds Andre chanting in a corner. When Ebony turns Andre, the "birthday girl" tiara Ebony is wearing flips around the opposite way before returning to its original position.

Revealing mistakes

When the demon Tre is manifesting through Dre in the form of a demonic version of Alberta, you can clearly see the portions of Glenn Close's teeth that have been painted black to make it look like she has a mouth full of pointed fangs.

Errors in geography

The movie is based in Indiana, but at almost 8 minutes in, while working on bills, Pittsburgh City Water can be seen at the top of one of the bills.

Character error

On two occasions the preacher at Palm Sunday says "Lazarath" instead of "Lazarus", an error no actual preacher would make.
