In the "Friday the 31st" segment, Dorothy's left side is cut several inches between her neck and her shoulder by the killer with the chainsaw. The next scene shows that the massive gash has disappeared.
In the "Bad Seed" segment, the pumpkin's first kill made quite a mess in the kitchen. But when the police are bagging the body, the floor is pristine.
In the kidnap story, the kids candy bucket wasn't full when they took him, yet when he is tied down it's very full.
The head in the pumpkin is different at the beginning of the Friday the 13th episode than at the end.
In the Friday the 31st segment, both characters of Dorothy and the killer cut off one another's arms but you can see Jennifer Wenger's arm as well as the bulge behind his back on Nick Principe where his actual arm is.
