When Karen is talking to foggy at the bar, he puts some whiskey in his glass. When Karen asked him why he wasn't in the office Foggy drinks all of the alcohol from the glass and says he & Matt are going through a rough patch. When she asked why the Nelson and Murdoch sign was in the trash. Foggy says that they were going through a really rough patch before drinking alcohol from the glass. That should have been empty because he didn't have time to put more in.
