Carter wants to find out how someone broke into Stark's impenetrable vault and got his technology out. She goes to Jarvis to help her. But before they could start, Thompson brings him in because the license plate found when she tangled with Brannis, led to Stark. While interrogating Jarvis, Thompson mentions he knows about something from his past that could have him deported. Carter manages to get him out. Did You Know?
In the scene where Agents Roger Dooley and Ray Krzeminski are going through the room where the man with no voice box had been staying they find 3 passports with fake names based on film directors. The British one is Alfred Lean (Alfred Hitchcock/David Lean). The American one is Orson Hawks (Orson Welles/Howard Hawks). The Italian one is Frederico Rossellini (which I assume is Frederico Fellini/Roberto Rossellini)
The series is set just after the end of the second world war and is presumably in 1946. Although Frederico Fellini was a film scriptwriter at that time he did not direct any films until 1950 so this is a factual error. See more
Mr. Stark deemed me worthy of his trust. I would hope that would suffice.
Mr. Stark would trust a shark not to bite him if it was wearing a short enough skirt. That's not entirely relevant.
