When Clairessa breaks the mirror with her fist, it shows her hand cut with blood on it. However in the next shot when she goes to the house, her hand has no cut or any bandage on it.
When Carissa cuts Melanie on the face with the knife, you can see the blood. Later, at the end of the movie, Melanie has no cut or scar on her face.
