"Cover Girl" is a 4.5-minute live action short film from 2014, so 2 years ago, and this one stars Golden Globe winning actress Lena Dunham as herself and she is scared because of a photo shoot, so she calls Hamish Bowles for help, whoever that may be. In any case, he manages the impossible, namely to be even more annoying, hammy and over-the-top than Dunham, who basically plays the same character as she always does (on "Girls" for example). You already see the story is totally forgettable here. All these Vogue clips by Joost and Schulman are pretty embarrassing and with the outcome here I am really surprised that Dunham and Bowles agreed to be credited as writers. Four people worked on the script here and this is what they come up with? 4 minutes of utter garbage? Extremely underwhelming. I suggest you stay far far away.
