- Cap'n Turbot is worried when his best friend Wally the Walrus does not show up at the PAW Patrol's Wally Appreciation Day party. Cap'n Turbot and Francois try to uncover a dinosaur bone.
- Pups Save Walinda:
As the story opens, Cap'n Turbot is loading his van full of fish-related treats, like jellyfish jelly and stinky squid jerky, to give to Wally for Walrus Appreciation Day. After he leaves, Marshall deals with a seagull that is attracted to the jelly covering his tail.
Out at sea on the Flounder, Cap'n Turbot is worried as Wally has not shown up yet to feast on any of the treats he set out. Concerned, Cap'n Turbot calls Ryder to let him know and ask him to come out and look for Wally. Ryder agrees and summons the pups. When Marshall crashes into the elevator, the seagull nearly walks off with his fire helmet before Marshall retrieves it and gives the pups a laugh as he tosses it back onto his head upside-down. Once topside, Ryder has Skye and Zuma assist in looking for Wally. The team deploys, Ryder activates his life jacket, and they head out to meet up with Cap'n Turbot.
Once there, Skye attempts to lure Wally out with a bucket full of treats and squid jerky, although she, Ryder, and Zuma are still sickened and disgusted by the smell. Skye soon spots several piles of spent oyster shells on the beach below the Lookout. Thinking Wally might be nearby, Ryder and Zuma head over with another bucket full of smelly squid jerky. Along the way, several seagulls attempt to eat the payload, but Ryder and Zuma are able to shake off all but one, who stubbornly refuses to let the squid jerky escape, and manages to down a couple of pieces before it looks as though Ryder spooked him off. Turns out, it was Wally who did it.
When Ryder offers a piece of the jerky to Wally, he lets it bounce off his head to be eaten by a purple, female walrus. Upon seeing that, Ryder tells Turbot, and upon returning to the Flounder, Cap'n Turbot names the female walrus "Walinda". When Turbot offers some of the cookies to Wally and Walinda, it's revealed that Walinda is pregnant with her and Wally's child, and Wally is giving her all the food to help with her pregnancy. However, when Wally and Walinda dive underwater so Walinda can chase a tasty fish, Walinda gets her tail snagged in the anchor chain of a buoy marker. Once Cap'n Turbot figures it out, Ryder puts on his scuba gear and dives under with Zuma and Wally to free Walinda.
At first, Walinda refuses to let them help free her as she continues to struggle to pull her tail loose herself, but once Ryder gives her something to munch on, Walinda calms down long enough for them to free her. They succeed, but Walinda is tired out from wasting so much energy trying to escape herself. As a result, Zuma helps Walinda to the surface, and Wally takes her to shore to recuperate.
A week later, the pups and Ryder come to check up on Wally and Walinda. Cap'n Turbot has not seen them at all the past week, but his concern is put aside when Wally and Walinda appear and reveal that Walinda has given birth to her and Wally's new baby walrus. The team celebrate by giving Wally's new family some treats and squid jerky, but when Marshall eats the treat he was trying to toss to the walrus family, he finds that is tastes better than he thought. Turns out, Cap'n Turbot ran out of fish snacks and is using fish-shaped dog biscuits instead. Each of the pups get one, and even Turbot tries one himself, leading to a round of laughs from everyone as he quotes himself from "Pups and the Very Big Baby": "That's some marvelous munchies!" to end the story.
Pups Save a Big Bone:
While the PAW Patrol enjoys some soccer outside the Lookout, miles outside the Adventure Bay City Limits, in the desert, Cap'n Turbot and Francois are busy up on a cliff trying to dig up the last piece of a Tyrannosaurs Rex skeleton that is to be displayed outside the Adventure Bay City Hall. They only need the other hip bone, or femur, to finish the job, but just after they unearth the top of it, Francois tries to speed things up with a sledgehammer. This results in a rock-slide that not only unearths more of the bone, but unfortunately destroys most of the cliff the Turbots are on as well, leaving only a narrow pinnacle for them to stand on, just out of reach of the cliff wall where the bone is jutting out.
Knowing they are in trouble, Cap'n Turbot calls Ryder to ask for assistance. Ryder assures they are on their way and summons the pups. Marshall ends up getting the pups to form a pyramid while balancing on the soccer ball, but once they crash into the elevator, the pyramid collapses, with the pups all voicing a moan of discomfort from it. Once topside, Ryder explains about the bone, amazing the pups. Zuma asks if any dinosaurs still exist, but Skye tells him that they're all extinct, leading to Rubble making a joke about it. As Ryder continues, saying it's for the skeleton standing outside City Hall, Marshall asks about what else they are needed for, leading to Ryder showing that the Turbots need their help being rescued. Ryder selects Rubble and Marshall to assist with the rescue and salvage of the bone, and the team deploys and heads for the desert.
When they arrive, Rubble clears away the rocks covering the road, and when Marshall attempts to reach the Turbots with his ladder, it is just short of reaching them. Cap'n Turbot's attempts to climb carefully down to the ladder lead to Marshall getting pricked by a cactus after he gets knocked off the ladder by accident by Cap'n Turbot.
With Marshall's ladder unable to reach them, Ryder calls Skye to bring her harness to help. Once they manage to get Francois down, Cap'n Turbot refuses to come down until the bone is completely dug out. With Ryder and Rubble's help, the bone is soon completely free, and Ryder transfers the harness to Cap'n Turbot to help get him down as the pinnacle finally crumbles away completely. Luckily, Horatio is safely hooked in the harness, and the Turbot cousins are reunited on the ground.
Despite some glory-hogging by Francois over who found the bone, he shares the credit with everyone else, and later on, back in Adventure Bay, the bone is added to the T-Rex skeleton, completing it, and Mayor Goodway proudly opens the attraction up to the public by having Chickaletta cut the ribbon by pecking at it until it rips on its own. Mayor Goodway asks who to give credit where credit is due, and the Turbots declare it a group effort between themselves and the PAW Patrol. The story ends as Mayor Goodway takes a picture of the Turbots, PAW Patrol, and the skeleton, voicing her positive comments on how the picture turned out afterwards.
