- Open with David and Victoria at Amanda's grave. With the press watching from afar they talk about how crazy things have gotten. She promises him nobody will ever know what happened to Conrad.
Emily tells Nolan she's furious that Victoria taken advantage of David's fragile psyche. He shows her that Victoria took him to Amanda's grave. Noland worries that Conrad might have "broken" David.
Jack is being hounded by the press.
Margot is trying unsuccessfully to get access to David. She tells Daniel he should do whatever it takes to keep Louise as a client.
With hundreds of cameras watching a car attempts to run over David in front of his hotel. It was a stolen car so the police have no leads. Victoria suggests they go into hiding, but David's not interested. He has too many questions about what happened to Amanda.
Emily tells Nolan she's convinced Victoria is behind the attack on David. He thinks she needs to be careful because Victoria is "gunning for you."
Jack's chief takes him off the roster since he's being followed by so many cameras. Hunter asks Jack how he dealt with what happened with Amanda and Declan. Hunter seems curious when Jack says Conrad's case being open is justice.
Louise meets with Daniel in a dress shop. She is shamelessly flirting with him and asks if there is a woman in his life. He says he's free, adding "if you want my Mom's attention, date me."
Emily approaches Charlie in the hotel and asks for help seeing David alone. She points out that Victoria is manipulating David, citing the attack and the trip to the grave.
Charlie confronts Victoria about what Emily said. Victoria tells her David wanting to go to the grave. When Charlie asks about telling David the truth Victoria deflects to Emily.
Jack opens up to Nolan about his troubles. Nolan says he wants to go to David with the truth. Jack isn't sure what to do with the fact Carl isn't actually David's grandchild. Nolan's worried Emily trying to meet a man "who doesn't exist anymore."
Emily catches Margot paying off a hotel employee to gain access to David. She puts a stop to it. Emily gets a text from Charlie to come up to the room.
Daniel and Louise end up in bed together.
Up in David's room Emily finds only Victoria. Charlie is working on behalf of her mother. Victoria thinks Emily will effectively ruin the memory of his child if he learns the truth. Emily points out some of more sinister things Victoria has done. Victoria thinks Emily's plans don't work since David was actually alive.
Charlie brings David to see Jack. She makes a point to have David meet Carl, which clearly infuriates Jack.
Hunter has a detective give him Conrad's case in secret. Hunter clearly thinks Jack is a viable suspect.
Nolan meets with David. David wonders why Amanda wasn't living the life of somebody who had the money Nolan was supposed to give her. Nolan stops short of telling David the truth, just implores him to trust his heart and be careful whom he trusts.
Emily tells Jack she's worried David will hate her for what she's done. She thinks he'd never have wanted people to die in his name. Nolan shows up and tells her that David hasn't given up. They think Emily still has a chance with him. Her idea is to bring him back to a time "Victoria can't touch."
Emily comes to Margot and says she has an idea that will serve both their interests.
Jack goes to see Charlie, who seems pretty drunk. She calls him a coward and he points out the booze must be how she can live with the fact she's acting like Conrad.
Hunter talks to an officer who handled Conrad's case. He never thought Jack could have pulled it off, since it required money. Plus he tells Hunter that Jack had a rock-solid alibi.
Margot tells Daniel she has a way to put Conrad's scandal behind him. But he needs to trust her.
Daniel drops by David and Victoria's room. He apologizes and gives David the deed to his beach house. Daniel calls it reparations for his father's sins. Victoria doesn't like it, but David says "this is my home. This is what I want."
David, Victoria and Daniel got into the empty beach house. Margot and a cameraman arrive at the back door. Margot says Daniel's plan is to contain the amount of gossip by having somebody David trusts tell his story.
Next door Emily talks to Nolan about her plan with the beach house. She is still very worried about Margot and Daniel.
Margot asks Victoria for exclusive rights to David's story as payment of the debt. Victoria threatens to go to another reporter with the truth about Pascal. Margot agrees to Victoria's terms, which involve her having final say on all stories.
Louise is waiting for Daniel in his rom. She's found out that he was with Margot. Daniel comes clean and suggests they continue their professional relationship. Louise agrees, but as soon as she's alone in the elevator she calls up a gossip newspaper with info on Daniel.
The chief confronts Hunter about looking into the case. He asks for the file back and tells him he'll eventually make detective, but not with this particular case.
Emily tells Nolan and Jack she's going to tell David the truth "when he's ready." She wants to win him back "honestly. With the truth." Emily hears a song playing from David's place that reminds her of her childhood.
A drunken Charlie leaves a club with a strange guy. He knows who she is.
We hear a voiceover of David writing a letter of some kind. He says he feels his daughter's presence and knows that he must have his revenge.
