In a scene in which DCI Barnaby (Neil Dudgeon) is taking the car keys away from a very tipsy Nadia Simons (Naoko Mori), Simons's sunglasses are on top of her head--except for one moment when she leans toward him and says with a smirk, "Who'd've thought you could get a decent burgundy around here?"
In the final scene in a distant shot Sarah is pushing the pram back and forth whilst she is talking to her husband. Midsentence the camera cuts to a closeup of her, and her hand and the pram are not moving at all.
