- Deals prominently with prostitution. No sex scenes, but some photos are briefly shown with partial nudity.

- Some crime scene photos of murder victims, though from memory none were overly explicit (didn't show wounds in details or faces). There are also verbal descriptions of sexual assault, beatings, and murder.
Profanity

- There are multiple uses of racial slurs (both black and white oriented), "God d*mn" and heavy use of f-bombs. There are likely other incidents of profanity, as well, but I was unable to continue watching beyond 20 minutes, as I was watching this with my parents and they couldn't handle the profanity. I'm sorry I can't be more detailed, but I figured for the sake of anyone else who likes true crime, but for whom profanity is a deal-breaker, I'd at least write this much in. It's sporadic until after about 15 minutes, when he's riding in a car with a woman talking about the case. Then it gets real heavy, especially the f-bombs.

- Much of the subject material is confronting and disturbing. It is not too graphic by crime documentary standards, but still should be avoided by the faint of heart.

- The final scene is quite chilling, with a montage of photos the murderer took of his victims, whilst disturbing music with the sound of deep breaths is heard. Some of the victims are awake, some look uncomfortable, while some are either asleep or unconscious or even dead- it's hard to tell, and that makes the photos arguably even more disturbing.
