This would never happen, as protocol is to have the investigator go to the inmate. This situation would not be approved due to the cost of moving the inmate vs. investigator travel along with the security risk.
When Morgan Brody and Greg Sanders discuss the fingerprints from the Cafe's table, computer shows information about Jared Briscoe, it states his hair is "Caucasian" and his race is "brown".
