Continuity

During Jorah's final fight in the pit, when he goes down, his sword disappears from under his head, reappears, disappears again, then finally moves to his side where he grabs it to continue the fight upon getting up.
Just before engaging in the fight with Jorah, the Braavosi knight wipes clean his sword. In the next shot, though, his sword is bloody again.
The ropes binding Shireen to the pole change from shot to shot, slipping from her upper arms to her elbows (and quite loose) then back up to the middle of her upper arms.
After stabbing the first fighter in the heart with a dagger, Jorah Mormont is seen with no blood on his face, then a streak of blood appears on his left cheek as he tosses away the dagger and picks up his sword.
When Bronn is freed from his cell and brought to meet Jaime, Trystane and Doran, Myrcella disappears and reappears in between the scenes.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Missandei wears a blue outfit during the pit scene, but in the final shot after Daenerys flies off on Drogon, her outfit is now dark gray/black.

But this is an effect of the lighting, the colors didn't change.

Revealing mistakes

When Daenerys walks towards Drogon, thus leaving the protective circle, Jorah pretends to stick his sword through the belly of a Son of the Harpy, although he actually points his sword to his left and then touches the Son of the Harpy's belly with the back of his right hand.

Errors in geography

When Jon and the wildlings arrive at Castle Black, they are on the north side of the Wall, though in the preceding episode they departed Hardhome by sea, and the only port nearby is Eastwatch-by-the-Sea, which is on the south side of the Wall.

Character error

Doran tells Ellaria that she is mother to four of his nieces. It is correct according to the novels, but the show recently made Tyene Ellaria's daughter as well, so it should be five nieces.
