The movie focuses on the story of Filippos, a journalist who has been living secluded in a Greek village for the past six years. Everything changes when he learns about the brutal murder of his brotherly friend and ex colleague, Stergios. The news upset him and at the same time his life starts being threatened. Searching for answers, he decides to return to Athens. Oddly enough, a lot of people help him with his search as soon as he arrives. But is the evidence he collects actually real or is it just a well set trap? Soon he will realize that his friend's death is connected to a journalistic research from their past which was also the reason he left Athens. He meets Nikoleta, a young painter and Stergios' girlfriend, who gives him new information about the case and together they will try to solve the mystery. Then an unknown woman, Lea, starts unraveling the case even more by offering Filippos an important piece of information. The decision is now theirs. They will come up against a very well hidden secret and must decide whether to walk away or become puppets at the hands of a powerful system.
