The credits list actor Sam Vincent for providing the voices of Steel and Berto. It should be Steel and Chomp Link. Chomp Link appears and speaks in this episode while Roberto 'Berto' Martinez does neither.
The credits list actor Andrew Francis for providing the voices of Maxwell 'Max' McGrath and Fire Elementor. It should be just Max, as Fire Elementor is neither heard nor seen in this episode.
Once again, the series breaks the rules of its own Max Steel universe for the sake of a joke, calling the Steel Suit into question when Steel makes a comment about Max stinking up the bathroom. This would apparently refer to Max taking a dump, for which he'd have to remove his suit, which he can't do without enabling his super-villain enemies to detect his location.
The mine car tracks do not follow a practical layout. They rise, fall and swerve through large expanses for the sake of a roller coaster ride instead.
The long-abandoned and derelict Copper Canyon copper mine has working lights, sparing all parties from searching in complete darkness, but offers no explanation as to how these lights are powered. They would have long since been disconnected from the West Coast power grid, and any on-site generator, if not already scavenged, would have no fuel.
