- You Can Stay Here is an atmospheric pitch piece for a feature of the same name, meant to convey the mood and feel of the feature version. As we move through the haunted School, we hear a man being stalked by the spirits living there. His cries get closer and closer until, just out of frame, he tumbles to his death. By contrasting smooth, languid camera work with increasingly tense sound design, we hoped to create the impression of horror lurking just on the periphery all around the viewer. A fantastic Southwest Louisiana location, traditional Cajun imagery, and a score made up largely of acoustic Cajun instruments give the feel of the past intruding on the present, dispatching an interloper.—Anonymous
- Tense, horror pitch piece meant to convey feeling of unease and dread in glorious film. Man falls to his death. (maybe?) His spirit/echo haunts the location. Most everything is out of frame and never shown. Mostly sound design and atmosphere. Cajun as much as possible as it adds a bit to the authenticity of the location. Oh, the location is Southern Louisiana. So everything is Cajun. Audience is subjected to extreme emotional terror from atmosphere of film.
