Okay, offbeat Dorcel feature
This Marc Dorcel release departs considerably from the usual glamorous "sexy lingerie" approach the label is best known for, in favor of a slightly gritty policier drama. Even the cast is made up of relative unknowns rather than big stars on the payroll like Polina or Castel.
We follow Rico Simmons (who also served as executive producer of the project) as a newbie cop assigned to the vice squad, and his eventful evening on patrol. Night shooting througout the show maintains a suitable atmosphere and there is even a brief action scene involving a foot chase.
But of course sex is the content here, well-performed by sexy if hardly superstar ladies. Though one Black actress (Anksa Kara) has a fine sex scene, director Kris Bakelite (a one-shot so far for Dorcel) makes a big error in casting an ultra-busty Black beauty as the police captain, but not involving her in any sex scene or even giving her screen credit -an unfortunate example of the old bait and switch.
