In the opening scene a police black muscle car speeds along a road and into an industrial complex. Ten minutes later the detective's wife is in danger and the car drives on the same road. This could have been coincidence - the industrial place could be between the police station and home - but for one thing. For 98% of the clip it is the only vehicle visible but the very first frames feature others, including a van going the opposite direction. The makers have simply reused the same clip to save peanuts.
Although it is stated that the warden has specifically ordered for Danvers not to be killed, the first attack on Danvers in prison is clearly an attempted murder.
