In S1E13 the monitor screen for Clark had her name in the lower right, but in this episode it's in the upper right.
The window Clarke breaks to get out of her room is wire mesh reinforced, which is hard to break through even after the glass shatters. In fact, she breaks it like the mesh isn't even there, and actually, when she picks up a shard to threaten Maya with, the mesh isn't there, it's just an ordinary glass shard.
When Clarke is walking up to the window of her room, seeing that Monty is gone, and right before Maya walks by in the hazmat suit, you can see Clarke's right arm already cut and bleeding.
When Clark stole Mia's passcard she was able to enter a restricted zone with it. Yet both Jasper and Mia catch up to Clark in the restricted zone, yet they didn't have a card to allow them entrance.
