In the bathroom, after having washed her face, Maria dries her face with a towel. Her skin is fairly dry but after a cut to a close-up it is wet again.

When the maid is trying to strike a match, in close up the side of the match box is all battered, when the scene is shown in long shot the box looks brand new and undamaged.

The title of the movie appearing in Hindi (Devanagari script) in the beginning uses incorrect spelling.

When Maria reads from "The Jungle Book," she opens the book to a point about half way through. However, the story she reads aloud is the first one, "Mowgli's Brothers," so the book should have been opened to a much earlier spot.
