Richard drunkenly promises to make Erlich a board member, which he regrets the next morning. Big Head finds others at Hooli, who like him, have made careers out of doing nothing. Richard struggles to put Pied Piper's vision into words.

Main investor Peter Gregory agreed to a meeting to decide whether to actually fund Richard's project. While his delegation must be composed and prepare, sole slick talker Erlich Bachman insists on a seat in the board, but earlier agreements imply instead that 'silent partner' nerds should occupy all board seats. While preparing his Pied Piper presentation, nerve-wrecks Richard ends up shivering wet in his underwear, so he and Jason welcome and reward Ehrlich's offer to step in.—KGF Vissers
