During the climax of the movie, Thomas' driver and fireman jumped out of his cab when he was heading straight for the water. But when Rocky rescued Thomas for the 2nd time, his driver and fireman weren't standing next to them.

When Emily brakes at Knapford, her bogie wheels spark, but these wheels are not fitted with brakes.

In the US dub, when Gordon shouts at Thomas, he has his UK voice.

Even though Thomas had a hard time telling Sir Topham Hatt about Sailor John and the treasure, Ryan was somehow able to tell him all about it.
