When Kalinda sneaks up on Lois Canning in his office the shot of her shows him dropping his pen but in the shot of him he's still holding the pen.
Circa 11 minutes in, after Peter throws a glass of water in Jim's face, Jim takes off his glasses and has another glass of water thrown in his face. In a cut, he has no glasses on when seen from behind but in a continuous dialogue/action scene a further cut to his face shows him wearing his glasses.
When Peter Florrick throws a drink in Jim Castro's face, Castro takes off his glasses, and Peter throws another drink in his face. Then Castro stands up, and his glasses are not on, but after a quick cutaway to Peter, his glasses are back on.
