It's everyone's favorite time of year in the magical land of Puff. However, when Pet Pals notice the evil Crow Witch is trying to ruin their big party, the animals begin their hunt to save the town.

The Pet Pals are back in an exciting new adventure which sees them up against their arch-enemy the Crow Witch. The Pet Pals live in Puff, better known as Windland: a small town where everything, absolutely everything, works thanks to the power of the wind. The evil Crow Witch is determined to get hold of the "Spinwheel" which generates the wind, and in doing so take control of the town. Will Crow Witch's diabolical machines be enough to defeat the Pet Pals? A family film filled with action and numerous moments in which the audience is invited to take an active role, with fantastic characters and hilarious gags, which highlights the importance of renewable energy sources using humor and adventure. 80 minutes of excitement seasoned with 80 minutes of laughter.

Puff, also known as Windland, is a small town where everything works thanks to the power of the wind. The wind is "born" in a cave inside a mountain behind Windland and is guarded night and day by the Wind Keeper. The evil Crow Witch is determined to get her hands on the Spinwheel which generates the wind needed to power the town and in doing so take complete control of Windland. First of all though she must get rid of the Pet Pals, without them the small city will be much more vulnerable. She steals one of Nameless' placards with a mechanical chick on it which she enlarges and pilots towards the palace of King Cyclone. The king of Puff wrongly assumes our heroes the Pet Pals are behind the attack and orders them to be imprisoned at once. With the Pet Pals safely out of the way, Crow Witch manages to capture the Wind Keeper and steal the Spinwheel. The terrible fate of Puff seems almost sealed. Thankfully though the Pet Pals manage to escape from their prison just in time to avoid the complete destruction of the town, by getting inside the giant mechanical chick. Crow Witch, along with her bumbling henchmen, is catapulted from the chick and the Pet Pals return to Puff after having freed the Wind Keeper. The Pet Pals are welcomed back as heroes, even by King Cyclone who realizes his mistake. The town can finally begin to breathe again thanks to the invigorating power of the wind.
