Continuity

Escobar is seen getting the news that Poison and the other sicarios were killed and puts a bounty on the head of the DEA agent (Murphy). The problem with the scene is that it takes place at what appears to be Escobar's Hacienda Napoles much earlier in the time line of events- however, later in the series it is clear that Poison and the others were not killed at the nightclub until after Escobar surrendered and was living at La Catedral. He had fled Hacienda Napoles long before Poison was killed. He would have been at La Catedral when he received that news. They messed up the chronology of the scene.
The level of beer in the glasses makes sudden changes up and down when they are drinking at the bowling alley (despite their pitcher being empty).

Factual errors

In the courtroom scene, there is a seal for "Miami-Dade County." Dade County was not renamed Miami-Dade County until 1997.
In the courtroom scene, the judge announces the case as "The State of Florida vs Juan Diego Diaz." But moments later, the voiceover mentions that the case was brought by a federal prosecutor, meaning that the complainant wouldn't have been the State of Florida, but the United States.
Florida does not have front of the vehicle license plates, yet they can be seen on all the cars when they are in Miami.

Revealing mistakes

Agent Murphy fires 8 rounds from a revolver holding 6 rounds at most.

Anachronisms

In the bowling alley scene, the pins have the USBC logo on them. The USBC was not founded until 2005.
In stock footage shown in the episode, a WestJet 737 is shown in the background; WestJet was not founded until 1996, well after the events of this episode. In the same stock footage, an E190 in Air Canada's current livery is shown; The E-Jet family first flew in 2002, and the livery shown was not adopted by Air Canada until 2005.
The opening scene shows 100 dollar bills with the new face - Benjamin Franklin's portrait was changed to the "big head" in 1996.
When Pablo Escobar is introduced, he is in a Jeep leading a convoy of trucks. The Jeep he is riding in is a Wrangler 'YJ' model (1987-1995 model years), which would have been unavailable in the early 1980s when the scene takes place.
One of the guitars in the club scene has a clip-on tuning meter which was not in use before 2010.
