who can't relate to a bit of drama?!
libertyk9 November 2015
Drama is a film to catch when you get the chance! To be honest, I only decided to check it out because I saw Nicole da Silva's name in the credits (she is incredible in Wentworth), but it turns out the clever writing, witty dialogue, and affecting story lines were what made me fall in love with this film.

Drama is a tightly written and superbly acted tale of expectation and disappointment; of friendship, love, and hard truths; and of knowing when to give it your all and when to walk away. The small cast of imperfect yet endearing characters remind us that we're not the only ones blundering through our careers, our friendships, and our relationships...and even when we think we've botched things for good, there's always tomorrow.

What an outstanding debut from a promising young writer/director!

kind of like will & grace.... a paris
ksf-214 February 2022
Roku has this as fat legs, but imdb calls it drama. Agnes (agnes boury) has an audition in paris, so she heads off to stay with jean and his partner philippe. But she doesn't know what a hornet's nest it is right now. And her presence isn't helping. Things were already tense between philippe and jean. And they are getting the apartment ready to sell. But why is agnes really here? So many things to be ironed out, just bubbling below the surface. It's a fun, clever journey, as we follow along on the ups and downs of agnes' week in paris. Written and directed by sophie mathisen. Hopefully we get more from her!
